RULES OF THE HOLIDAY HOME AL GLICINE APARTMENTS

Dear guest, welcome, please respect the laws and regulations in force, with particular reference to those of the Municipal Police.

Silence must be observed between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. In general, in the apartment, on the terrace, in the stairways and entrance hall, it is good manners to respect the rules of civil coexistence.

Given the legal obligations on the owner of the Holiday Home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the people indicated in the booking. For registration purposes, guests will be asked for a copy of their identity document (passport, identity card) with their identification data. Access is forbidden to anyone who is not registered.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and in the internal communal areas (stairs and corridors).

Pets are not allowed.

The guest releases the owner of the Holiday Home from any responsibility for theft or damage to goods or objects of their property left unattended in the house. Please always close doors, grilles, and windows.

Upon arrival and departure, the owner and guests will inspect the property in order to assess any damage, both to the property and to the furnishings; any damage found must be immediately compensated. Particular attention must be paid to the house keys; their loss will result in the replacement of the entrance door lock at a cost of €100.00.

On the day of check-out, the property must be returned BY 10:00 am so that the apartment can be cleaned. A penalty of €300.00 for each day of delay will be applied to the guest in case of late return of the property.

In order to reduce environmental impact and respect the natural habitat, guests are asked not to waste water unnecessarily and to use electricity appropriately and wisely.

The house is delivered clean, tidy, and in good condition. Please return it in the same way. The guest is responsible for cleaning, carefully placing the garbage in the appropriate containers following the instructions for separate waste collection.

Do not throw anything into the toilet or sinks that could block the pipes.

These rules are posted in the house and on the website; violation of them will result in the immediate termination of your stay at the Holiday Home.
